I recently purchased this short little e-book for my 8 month old daughter. While I don't think it's aimed for that age group (no pictures aside from the cover image) it is a very nice little story that I believe she will grow into with time. If the author eventually comes out with a print version and can find a really good children's illustrator, it would definitely work for a younger age group!The story is about a little penguin named Mary that a young girl finds and helps to get home. It's very simple, but there's a great message contained within that simplicity. There are some good messages that children would learn from the story, namely that friends can be found anywhere and that helping others is one of the best things you can do, even if you don't know how much you can help. Every little bit is just as good!
All in all, for a new author, he has a solid little story on his hands!

This was a cute depiction of what it must be like to be a baby penguin and venture out on your own for the first time.
I would recommend this book to many moms for their small ones. I like this book because it's cute. Lol
This book has a decent plot & story. The only thing is there are very few pictures. My daughter is 7 and likes to see what's going on as well as reading/hearing it.
